How to make a complaint
You can complain in whichever way suits you:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: 07301 010244
- Post: Complaints, Baharash Electrical Contractor Ltd, Suite 112, First Floor Boundary House, Boston Road, London, W7 2QE
It helps if you tell us:
- your name and the address of the property;
- your booking reference, if you have one (it looks like EICR-7K3M9Q);
- what went wrong, and when;
- what you would like us to do to put it right.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days, and tell you who is dealing with it.
- We look into it. This may include talking to the electrician who did the work and checking the report and the test results.
- We give you our full response in writing within 14 days. If we need longer — for example to return to the property — we will tell you why and when you can expect an answer.
If we got something wrong, we will put it right — for example by coming back to re-test or by correcting the report.
If you’re still not happy
If we can’t resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing and explain the options for alternative dispute resolution. You can also get free, impartial advice from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133. Making a complaint doesn’t affect your legal rights.
